Case Study 1:

Executive Coaching & Program development for a Wellness Entrepreneur

Coaching a Founder Through Startup Growth Without Burnout

executive coaching, corporate wellness program results, wellness consulting case study

Client: Founder & CEO, Women's Wellness Membership Brand
Engagement: 12-month 1:1 Executive Coaching & Wellness Program Development

The Challenge

Our client had the vision, resources, and passion to build a premium women's wellness membership combining an online community with in-person retreats, trainings, and workshops. What she didn't yet have was the operational structure to turn that vision into a scalable business: tiered offerings, a functioning team, and repeatable systems that could run without her personally handling every detail.

The Approach

Over one year, we combined weekly 1:1 executive coaching for the founder with weekly leadership meetings for her wellness team, which I helped hire, working across two levels simultaneously: her decision-making and confidence as CEO, and the operational infrastructure underneath her.

Together, we:

  • Designed the foundational structure of her membership program, including tiered pricing and a full service menu.

  • Supported her brand's public launch, including website design and copy. Built and led her wellness program department, aligning strategy to her brand's mission.

  • Developed the operational systems, workflows, and team leadership structure to support sustainable growth.

  • Coached her in mindfulness practices and personal wellness systems tailored to a demanding startup schedule, protecting her from burnout as she scaled.

  • Produced and delivered virtual and in-person wellness experiences, including a panel, retreats, and online workshops.

The Result

In one year, our client moved from an early-stage vision to a fully operational, multi-tiered membership business with a dedicated wellness team, sustainable personal systems to manage her energy and focus, and a consistent calendar of offerings built to run and grow beyond her bandwidth.

The engagement culminated in a $70,000 public launch, anchored by a panel of prominent businesswomen in New York City, multiple in-person retreats, including one in Hawaii, turning a founder's early vision into a fully realized, revenue-generating brand.

Case Study 2:

A Founder Rebuilds Focus Under Pressure with executive coaching

Coaching a Busy CEO to Build Resilience and Systems for Well-being

executive coaching case study, corporate wellness program results, wellness consulting case study

Client: Founder & CEO, Financial Tech Startup
Engagement: 6-month 1:1 Executive Coaching

The Challenge:

The client was scaling fast with new funding, a growing team, mounting board pressure, and running almost entirely on adrenaline. Decision fatigue was setting in, and small conflicts on the leadership team were starting to feel personal. Burnout was causing the client to develop health issues while he still kept up with the demands of work.

The Approach:

Bi-weekly 90-minute coaching sessions combining nervous system regulation techniques, mindfulness-based daily practices, wellness focus training, and real-time decision-making frameworks tailored to high-stakes founder pressure.

Together, we:

  • Addressed burnout with a consistent wellness strategy, using mindfulness techniques to build a nervous system regulation and stress-management baseline.

  • Client developed real-time regulation as we prioritized focus and decision-making under pressure with practical frameworks and mindfulness-based focus training for sustained concentration during long, demanding days.

  • Created wellness systems to strengthen leadership presence and build the client’s capacity through emotional intelligence practices, improving communication under pressure without reactivity.

The Result:

Client integrated new well-being systems into his busy schedule, added wellness non-negotiables to his weekly routine, and adopted mindfulness practices that built resilience without burnout. He had a noticeable reduction in reactivity during high-stakes moments (self-assessed before/after), improved sleep quality and reduced physical stress symptoms causing inflammation, and an improved working relationship with his co-founder/leadership team, leading to fewer conflicts. Through consistent use of regulation tools, he improved decision-making, focus, and communication before board meetings or investor calls, with fewer impulsive reactions to problems.

Case Study 3:

Building A wellness community for Mental Health Treatment Center

Creating Community Centered Wellness Program for Busy Health Providers

corporate wellness program case study, program development, building community

Client: Alternative Mental Health Treatment Center
Engagement: 12-month Wellness Program Development & On-Site Facilitation

The Challenge
This client offered an innovative, clinically credible approach to treating conditions like depression, but their outreach wasn't resonating. A clinical-first approach was struggling to bring people through the door because prospective clients weren't yet comfortable or informed enough to take the first step.

The Approach

We repositioned the client experience around wellness and community rather than clinical procedure alone, building programming that let people encounter the center's work in a warmer, more approachable context before ever becoming a patient.

Together, we:

  • Designed wellness programs and facilitated on-site wellness activations to build familiarity and trust with the local community.

  • Led wellness programming at executive retreats, extending the center's reach to a new, high-value audience.

  • Built community-facing experiences that translated clinical credibility into approachable, human-centered engagement.

The Result

Reframing the client's outreach around wellness and community, rather than leading with the clinical experience alone, helped drive a measurable increase in patient intake and overall service engagement through the development of a wellness program.
